Why two different names?
Hooter Hiders was the beginning, but they wanted to grow up into a chic company and needed a name to fit the style - Bebe au Lait. The already loyal following asked them -- no, begged them (and continue today!) -- to keep the name Hooter Hiders; "It will always be the Hooter Hiders to us!" customers say. Therefore, they decided to offer the same product with two different logos -- Hooter Hiders for tongue-in-cheek and Bebe au Lait for mama chic.
