If returning merchandise for any reason, please e-mail us at sales@babybella.biz for the RETURN/EXCHANGE form. We will reply to your e-mail with the form and an RA#. Packages returned without an RA# will not be opened and will be returned to sender.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied, return it to us for a no-hassle refund or exchange. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving merchandise if an exchange or refund is necessary. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received in. This does not apply to Personalized, Clearance or "Steal of the Week" items. All Personalized, Clearance and "Steal of the Week" sales are final.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items
If the order has arrived to you damaged, missing, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. All orders are insured so we will be able to quickly replace the damaged or missing item.
